American culture

Three things you need to know about the USA:

1. Not all Americans live on fast food.

2. American culture is very diverse and hardly ever fits into any stereotypes.

3. We have no official language.

A must see in the USA is: The Statue of liberty in New York City. It is a symbol of our country.

The biggest difference between Canada and the USA is: In sports. Americans play more football whereas Canadians are more into hockey.

In the USA, never ever: Go to the hospital without having insurance. They make you pay the full price of everything you need. Hospital bills are the number one reason for homelessness in the USA.

A wrong stereotype about the Americans is: That we all carry guns or at least really like them.

Americans love: Their country!

Americans hate: People who offend them unnecessarily.

What I like most about the USA is: How many different types of people you can find there.

What I dislike most about USA is: How difficult it is for non-Americans to visit our country.

Here in Canada I miss most: My friends and family!
