Field of study: Sport science and education

Three things you need to know about Australia:

  1. Kangaroos aren’t everywhere but you do see them pretty often.

  2. In Australia men are wearing ugg-boots and they are not gay.

  3. To buy a bloke a drink in the pub is a good thing to do.

A must see in Australia is: Darling Harbour in Sydney.

The biggest difference between Canada and Australia is: The amount of snow. We hardly get any.

In Australia, never ever: Spill a bloke’s drink without buying him a new one.

A wrong stereotype about Australians is: That everyone is like Steve Irwin, the crocodile hunter.

Australians love: Prawns and beer.

Australians hate: Overly politically correct people.

What I like most about Australia is: The sand, sun and being able to surf.

What I dislike most about Australia is: The localism that springs up around some spots along the coast.

Here in Canada I miss most: Seeing the blue thing on a daily basis and being outside for more than five minutes without being frozen or looking like the Michelin man.
